Services continue to be back to normal on the Texas 1 Platform. All sites should be back up and running normally. If your site is not running normally, please send a ticket by clicking the "Help" button inside the MODX Cloud Dashboard.

Monitoring - We took several services offline to investigate the platform sites. Things looked normal. Sites should be coming back online, however, we'll continue additional monitoring to see if we can identify a root cause or prevent further downtime.

We are investigating long response times on sites on our Texas 1 platform (paas1.tx.modxcloudcom). Some customer sites are unavailable and not responding. We're working to resolve now. We'll provide updates as we have them.
