Resolved

Our infrastructure provider, IBM Cloud, has mitigated the issue and things seem to be returning to normal on the Dashboard and other servers located in this particular data center.

There is a data center network issue. Our infrastructure provider, IBM Cloud, and are actively working on a resolution and hope to have it resolved shortly.

We're still seeing intermittent errors for people accessing the MODX Cloud Dashboard. We're actively investigating the issue and hope to have things back to normal soon.

We're experiencing a temporary outage on the MODX Cloud Dashboard. We're investigating and will update when we resolve or have more details.

We've isolated the issue and pushed a fix. The incident affected only the c0xxx Clouds on the Paas 2 Texas platform.
