Due to the need to mitigate a widespread hardware vulnerability (https://meltdownattack.com/), servers running the MODX Cloud dashboard and related services are scheduled to be patched and restarted during this maintenance window.

This will affect MODX Cloud Dashboard availability. The Dashboard will remain unavailable until all related services have been patched and restarted. Maintenance and uptime of the servers hosting our customers' websites is covered until a separate maintenance window.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We take uptime and platform stability very seriously and have worked with our upstream provider, IBM Cloud, to ensure these critical updates are applied as quickly as possible.
