Update

Services continue to be back to normal on the Texas 1 Platform. All sites should be back up and running normally. If your site is not running normally, please send a ticket by clicking the "Help" button inside the MODX Cloud Dashboard.

Monitoring - We took several services offline to investigate the platform sites. Things looked normal. Sites should be coming back online, however, we'll continue additional monitoring to see if we can identify a root cause or prevent further downtime. Mar 6, 13:47 CST

Limited Outage London 1 Platform (paas1.lon.modxcloud.com)

Resolved

There was an outage for sites on the London 1 Platform (paas1.lon.modxcloud.com) that affected sites running PHP 7.1 in with Cloud numbers that started at c0****.paas1.lon.modxcloud.com. This outage seems to have affected sites for up to an hour. Unfortunately, our monitors did not detect the outage and alert our staff to the issue.

We're currently investigating why our monitors did not detect the issue and led to approximately 60 minutes of downtime. We will review with our staff and provide a more detailed report later today.
