Snapshot Creation Issue

This morning, we discovered that a code-push late yesterday was causing issues with Snapshot creation. We have corrected the code and have verified that Snapshots are working normally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Queued Operations Issues

We have restarted queued operations on all Platforms and things are operating as they should be now. If you need us to clear incomplete New Clouds or stalled Destroyed Clouds, please let us know by contacting support@modxcloud.com or using the Help Button from inside the MODX Cloud Dashboard.

We are restarting the process that runs queued operations. Some customers may have Snapshots, New Clouds, Deletes and Manual Backups happening. We should have this resolved shortly.
