We have identified the issue and restored the MODX Cloud Dashboard. We will continue to monitor the system.

SSL provisioning service maintenance

Our vendor is currently conducting emergency maintenance on the platform responsible for SSL operations on MODX Cloud. This means that no Let's Encrypt certificates can be issued or renewed and no custom certificates can be uploaded.

We are continuing to work with our vendor to expedite returning the service back to normal as soon as possible, however if you have any urgent requests or questions, please reach out to support@modxcloud.com.

SSL Provisioning Service Maintenance

Tonight at 12AM Central (UTC-5) we will be performing a brief operation on the backend service that controls provisioning and distribution of new Let's Encrypt and Custom Certificates in cloud. We're anticipating no more than 30 minutes of downtime to this service. Any site that already has SSL certificates installed will not be affected by this outage, nor will there be any outages for any customer sites. The only functionality affected is adding/removing SSL certificates.

We have resolved the issue with our provisioning system. We rolled out a change that caused an error. We have corrected this.

We are currently experiencing issues with our provisioning system and are working on getting it back online as soon as possible.
