Investigating

We're currently experiencing an issue on the paas1.ams platform with provisioning so changes on the platform might not take place.

We're working on getting it sorted out.

502 Errors on Texas 2 (paas2.tx)

Resolved

Customer sites should be coming back online at this time. There was a system error that caused MySQL to stop responding. We restarted PHP & MySQL services and sites started coming back online. We are investigating the source of the error state and will provide any additional info we find.

We will continue to monitor the platform and its services to ensure this issue has fully passed.

Customers are experiencing 502 errors on our Texas 2 platform (paas2.tx.modcloud.com). We're actively working to restore functionality to to all sites. We believe we've identified the issue and are working to resolve. More updates soon.

Scheduled

The MODX Cloud team will be performing system maintenance on the MODX Cloud Dashboard between 15:00 and 16:00 CST (UTC 20:00-21:00). This maintenance is part of our ongoing effort to improve the systems that power MODX Cloud and to enable more reliable functionality.

While we do not anticipate any issues, there is a possibility that a queued operation (Backup, Snapshot inject/extract, Upgrade) started within this maintenance window may be disrupted.

If an operation initiated in this timeframe does not complete in the usual time, you may wish to attempt a restart or to contact MODX Cloud support to clear any incomplete operations.

SSL Issuance Issues

We resolved the issue with the reissues/renewals. As this issue required our team to manually reissue certificates for customer sites, it's possible we missed a small number. If you are seeing an invalid certificate error, please contact support@modxcloud.com and we'll resolve this ASAP.

We are currently experiencing issues with issuing Let's Encrypt certificates. Certificates may be expired or are not reissuing. Our team is actively working on resolving the issue.
