Scheduled Maintenance
In order to prevent an unplanned outage resulting in significant downtime, engineers at IBM/SoftLayer will be upgrading the firmware in the Texas datacenter during an EMERGENCY maintenance window between 24-May-2017 05:00 UTC (May 24, 2017 12:00AM CDT)
End Date: 24-May-2017 08:00 UTC (May 24, 2017 03:00AM CDT).

During this maintenance, customer websites on the paas1.tx.modxcloud.com and paas2.tx.modxcloud.com servers will not be reachable.

While the maintenance window is set for 3 hours, we expect no more than 3 minutes of downtime. Should the engineers encounter an unexpected issue, the disruption could extend to as much as 30 minutes.

Completed - MODX Cloud Dashboard maintenance has been completed.
May 19, 14:52 CDT
Scheduled - On Friday, May 19, 2017 at 2PM US Central Time (UTC -5) (May 19, 2017 at 19:00 UTC 0), we will be performing required maintenance on the MODX Cloud Dashboard server. During this operation, access to the Dashboard will be disabled for an anticipated duration of 40 to 60 minutes, however, this could take up to 2 hours.

Your websites will remain online and accessible throughout this entire operation.

If you have any questions about the Dashboard maintenance, please create a support ticket from the top right of the MODX Cloud Dashboard, or via support@modxcloud.com. We will post further updates, should there be any changes to expected time frame or outcome, and when the maintenance is complete.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, this operation is will improve the reliability and uptime of the Dashboard in the future.

Resolved - Let‘s Encrypt service has been restored.
May 19, 08:43 CDT
Identified - Our Free SSL provider, Let‘s Encrypt, is experiencing a service disruption. This means that free SSL certificates cannot currently be issued from the MODX Cloud dashboard, and some certificates that are in the process of being renewed may show an error status. Since we start the renewal process 30 days before certificate expiry, there is a wide margin of time for completing the renewals. Please contact support if you have any specific concerns or questions.
