    We continue to work with our infrastructure partner, IBM Cloud, to determine the root cause of the connectivity issues for legitimate site visitors and to ensure such an event does not cause problems with customer sites in the future.

    Service is returning to normal at this time. The malicious traffic has stopped. However, we will continue to monitor to ensure the platform remains stable.

    We continue to work with our infrastructure partner to resolve the DoS attack. We'll post further updates as they come.

    There is currently Denial of Service (DoS) attack on the visitor site IP for the paas3.tx.modxcloud.com platform. There are protective measures in place, however, the protections can also block legitimate inbound and outbound traffic. Until this is resolved, users may experience degraded performance for sites on the platform and some visitors may not be able to access. Your sites are online and safe.
