We continue to work with our infrastructure partner, IBM Cloud, to determine the root cause of the connectivity issues for legitimate site visitors and to ensure such an event does not cause problems with customer sites in the future.

» UpdatedThere is currently Denial of Service (DoS) attack on the visitor site IP for the paas3.tx.modxcloud.com platform. There are protective measures in place, however, the protections can also block legitimate inbound and outbound traffic. Until this is resolved, users may experience degraded performance for sites on the platform and some visitors may not be able to access. Your sites are online and safe.
