Scheduled

We have been made aware of a recently disclosed hardware security vulnerability affecting newer Intel-powered servers. Our infrastructure partner, IBM Cloud, has scheduled important hardware security updates to protect the integrity of our MODX Cloud servers. These updates will require a reboot and, therefore, a short period of downtime while our MODX Cloud systems are restarted.

The operations, including reboot, are scheduled to take place at or near the following times for the corresponding services in MODX Cloud:

25-Aug-2018 03:00:00 UTC - SSL adds and updates (custom and Let’s Encrypt) will be affected.

26-Aug-2018 07:01:00 UTC - Dashboard will be affected for all MODX Cloud Customers.

27-Aug-2018 09:01:00 UTC - New signups, billing updates and account or cloud upgrade Purchases

During the operations we'll post updates at https://status.modxcloud.com.

Outage on Texas 1 Platform

We've resolved the issue and sites are coming back online. The outage was due to a mis-configuration of a normal change to a setting. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Our support help desk vendor Zendesk is experiencing issues with their service. This means there will be possible delays or issues with support via ticket or email.
