  We determined that the database server (MySQL/MariaDB) was in a condition that was not recoverable without intervention. The root cause of this has been found and this issue should not reoccur in the future.

  We're currently investigating an issue that's causing customer sites on our Texas 3 Platform (paas3.tx) to not load.
