» UpdatedIn preparation for tonight's switchover, we have disabled SSH logins, crons, and queued operation on this machine.
» UpdatedAt 12 AM Central Time (Texas/US UTC -6) we will be performing the final switch-over sync for paas3.tx.modxcloud.com clouds. The initial operation was reverted due to unforeseen technical issues that have now been isolated and resolved.
We're anticipating around 4 hours for the event, with an estimated 1-hour of actual site downtime while we do our final synchronization and cutover.
Only customers with sites hosted on our Texas 3 (sites containing paas3.tx.modxcloud.com) platform will be affected. All affected customers previously received notices about switching their IP addresses related to this migration.
While we have done everything we can to limit downtime for this transition, this final sync will require we take the sites offline to prevent any loss of changes during transit. We will work to ensure sites are kept offline only as long as needed.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact support@modxcloud.com or use the Help button found in the MODX Cloud dashboard.
