    We determined the cause of the outage was a routing issue with IP addresses on our AMS and TX platforms.

    We have coordinated a resolution with our upstream provider and sites are coming back online at this time. We'll provide details of the outage when we have a full understanding of the cause.

    This issue is affecting all sites on Paas1 and Paas2 Texas and Amsterdam. This is not affecting any other platforms or Private servers.

    We continue to investigate the issues. It appears that the sites and platforms are online, however, it is not possible to reach any custom domains. We will work to resolve this issue and update as we have additional information or status change.
