  • Update

We have received an update from our upstream provider that mitigation measures are in place and sites will remain offline until they can determine that the inbound traffic has returned to safe levels. We'll provide further updates as we have them.

If you would like to restore your website sooner, you may follow the instructions on how to move your site to a new Cloud Data Center using a nightly backup of your website.

    We sincerely appreciate your patience.

  • Update

We have been notified by our upstream provider that the server received an extremely high volume of inbound traffic triggering automated anti-DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) measures. We are working with provider engineers to mitigate the issues and restore service to normal as soon as possible.
