Our monitoring service has resolved the false positive report of downtime, however, we're awaiting the correction of our uptime graphs to accurately reflect our service uptime.

Our monitoring service pushed a software change that incorrectly showed services as down. They are rectifying and resolving now.

Queued Operations Disruption

After monitoring our systems for several hours. Queued operations are working as they should, however there may be longer than normal queue times.

Update

We have restored functionality to our queued operations and will continue to monitor and work on determining the root cause and prevent it from happening again.

Investigating

The systems that process queued operations such as new Clouds, backups, snapshot extractions and injections are currently not functioning normally. We are investigating and hope to have normal operations restored in all data center locations.
