Resolved We resolved the issue with the reissues/renewals. As this issue required our team to manually reissue certificates for customer sites, it's possible we missed a small number. If you are seeing an invalid certificate error, please contact support@modxcloud.com and we'll resolve this ASAP.

Resolved Customer sites should be coming back online at this time. There was a system error that caused MySQL to stop responding. We restarted PHP & MySQL services and sites started coming back online. We are investigating the source of the error state and will provide any additional info we find. We will continue to monitor the platform and its services to ensure this issue has fully passed.
