Temporary Disruption in WDC

Resolved There was a temporary disruption to PHP-FPM affecting all versions of PHP for about 8 minutes on the WDC platform. It was triggered by an update to PHP-FPM that was incompatible with the number of configuration files we used. We quickly determined and rolled out a fix.

Cloud DNS Interruption

Resolved There was a brief disruption for customers and MODX Cloud services that use MODX Cloud DNS. This caused sites to be unavailable intermittently for 1-2 minutes. We have resolved the issue and will monitor for any recurrence.
