We have implmeneted mitigations to MODX Cloud Dashboard and have restored access.

We are temporarily pausing access to the MODX Cloud Dashboard and API in response to PHP’s announcement of two critical security vulnerabilities.

Protecting customer data and keeping production websites online are our priorities. This shutdown is limited to management services; it does not include the servers hosting customer websites. Dashboard access will be unavailable during this period.

PHP’s security patches are scheduled for October 21 at 14:00 UTC, although they may be released earlier. We’ll restore access as soon as the patches are available, applied to our Dashboard and API servers, and verified. We’ll post further updates here.
