Brief Outage of Cloud Dashboard

There was a brief outage of the MODX Cloud dashboard while we were performing some maintenance on the systems. It is now back and it should not recur.

London 1 (paas1.lon) IP Changeover

The switchover and post switchover actions have been completed

We are completing the switchover to the new IP address for sites hosted on the London 1 Platform (sites Cloud URLs containing paas1.lon.modxcloud.modx.com). If you have a custom domain pointed at a Cloud on London 1, the IP address should be pointed to 158.176.131.137.

All customers have been contacted multiple times with the details of the change, including phone calls to those customers form whom we did not detect their IP address was updated to ensure no customers were missed.

If you find your site is unreachable after this change, please contact MODX Cloud Support for assistance.

Support Desk currently down

The vendor resolved the issue with the Support Desk and we're back to normal operation.
