Intermittent Connectivity Issue in Amsterdam Datacenter

Our upstream provider has notified us that they see the network connectivity return to normal and are monitoring to determine if any further action is needed.

We're still waiting for final resolution from our upstream provider, but they are aware of the issue and have enough diagnostic data to begin working on a solution.

The upstream provider has rerouted the traffic and there shouldn't be any noticable network degradation. We'll continue to monitor this issue until it's fully resolved.

We are receiving alerts regarding intermittent network issues with the Amsterdam datacenter. The issue has been escalated with our upstream vendor and we'll post updates as they come.

High-Availability and some Private Server Customers Affected by Upstream Provider

Our upstream provider, Sucuri, has reported that they have solved the issue that caused sites to have intermittent connectivity and downtime. We will stay in contact with them to get a full account of the event once the review has been completed by their engineering team.

Sites affected by the intermittent outages at our high-availability and failover vendor, Sucuri, appear to be coming back online. We're monitoring the situation and awaiting updates from Sucuri on a resolution.

Update

Customers with private servers, failover, or in HA configurations are affected by ongoing intermittent issues with the upstream provider, Sucuri. This is not affecting customers on regular MODX Cloud public platforms.

We are awaiting updates from the provider and hope service is restored soon.

Texas 3 Platform Outage (paas3.tx)

As of 01:00 CDT, the upstream provider determined that the inbound traffic had returned to safe levels and restored public access for sites on paas3.tx.modxcloud.com.

Update

We have received an update from our upstream provider that mitigation measures are in place and sites will remain offline until they can determine that the inbound traffic has returned to safe levels. We'll provide further updates as we have them.

If you would like to restore your website sooner, you may follow the instructions on how to move your site to a new Cloud Data Center using a nightly backup of your website.

We sincerely appreciate your patience.

We have been notified by our upstream provider that the server received an extremely high volume of inbound traffic triggering automated anti-DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) measures. We are working with provider engineers to mitigate the issues and restore service to normal as soon as possible.

Sites on our Texas 3 Platform (Cloud URLs including paas3.tx.modxcloud.com) are offline at this time. We are investigating the issue and will have more updates when we have more information.
