Outage on Texas 3 (paas3.tx)

» View Event Details | Created Fri, 02 Aug 2024 00:54:00 +0000

Resolved

We continue to monitor the platform and have determined that it is operating in its normal operating state at this time. It appears that MySQL (MariaDB) was a likely cause and that restarting it ended the failure condition.

If you see any issues with your site, first, log into the MODX Manager to clear the site cache. If then you still see any issues, please contact our support team via the Help Button in the MODX Cloud Dashboard, or send an email to support@modxcloud.com.
